Subscription to RealQuest
ARBER was responsible for providing the licensing for the Real Quest real estate market research software by Corelogic for a base plus 2 option years to help support the VA in its civil works project research.
Warehouse Leasing
ARBER was responsible for negotiating a succeeding lease of warehousing space to accommodate 45,438 rentable square feet (RSF) for the Air Force for a 3-year duration.
Real Estate Appraisals
ARBER was responsible for providing real estate appraisal services on the USACE MATOC for the Southwestern Division and Tulsa Districts for properties nationwide.
