ARBER is a residential and commercial real estate business for a variety of acquisition sizes and property types. Through our expansive network of licensed agents and brokers, our team assists our government customers with leasing and acquiring new properties and appraising their existing properties.

EXPERIENCE

Subscription to RealQuest

ARBER was responsible for providing the licensing for the Real Quest real estate market research software by Corelogic for a base plus 2 option years to help support the VA in its civil works project research.

Warehouse Leasing

ARBER was responsible for negotiating a succeeding lease of warehousing space to accommodate 45,438 rentable square feet (RSF) for the Air Force for a 3-year duration.

Real Estate Appraisals

ARBER was responsible for providing real estate appraisal services on the USACE MATOC for the Southwestern Division and Tulsa Districts for properties nationwide.
